 How to Order/ Collect?

1. Order through website -> Choose either Delivery or Self-pick up

2. Visit us at the store and order

3. Grabfood - Island-wide, Foodpanda 3km (platforms' radius becomes very limited when it rains)

1.1 DeliveryPick your preferred time slot. Delivery (within ~15km radius) is free with S$50 food (i.e Breakfast, Mains, Burgers, Pizzas, Sides) and/ or Açaí purchases. As long as you meet this requirement, any other items such as breads, groceries etc are delivered free. Otherwise it is a standard $15 delivery fee. Contact us separately if you stay outside of the radius.

Your food can generally reach you in 45 mins-1 hour, depending on location. It would be more prudent to order in advance, especially if your order is large.

Self-Pick Up: Please specify your preferred pick-up time, and it generally takes about 20 mins to prepare your order. Picking your food up on time will help us give you a greater culinary experience! 20% off all self-pick ups for food and/ or Açaí.

We do not have a dine-in service, but you are welcomed to the limited tables/ seats on premise.

What makes Plateless special?

At Plateless, we are totally committed to making wholesome, nutritious and tasty food. We painstakingly design our menu to minimize the use of any preservatives, additives or fillers, such as empty carbs in our food, meaning every gram is packed with goodness. We believe you deserve to taste the best natural flavors (rather than MSGs).

We also source for the best quality ingredients, many times at great cost to ourselves.

What are your opening hours?

First and last orders:

Mondays-Thursdays: 11am-2:30pm, and 5pm-8:45pm

Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays: 11am-2:30pm, and 5pm-8:15pm

What are your payment modes?

On our website, you can pay via credit card, or choose bank deposit. If you choose the latter, you can pay via Paylah/ Paynow and our customer support may Whatsapp you for payment verification.

In store, we take Paynow, credit card or cash.  

Is your food certified allergen-free?

We do not send our products for allergen-free certification. However, our team have years of experience dealing with allergens. We take extra care to prevent any potential cross contamination, wash down after every dish and use separate utensils for serious allergens like wheat and seafood. 

Are you Halal?

No, we are not. However, we do not sell any alcohol or pork products.

Can you customize an order?

We do try our best to cater to people with different allergen/ diets, and you may contact us to check if we can do so.

Is your food only suitable for people with allergens/ special diets?

Our mission is to get everyone excited about healthy food. Regardless of the diet or allergies you have, we believe eating nutritious food using wholesome quality ingredients is an affordable luxury!
