This pasta dish is a nutritious alternative to wheat pasta (you won't fall asleep after lunch). The house-made semi-dried tomato coulis is a traditional Italian sauce which is not too hearty, but packs a punch in taste.
We are using 100% Wild and Sustainable Alaskan Salmon from The Alaska Guys | Home, which is superior to most commercial farmed versions (Norwegian/ Chilean). Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which supports a healthy heart and brain functions.
